Outline of the presentation:

The stunning growth of China's economy over the last 15 years has spurred the rapid development of the country's capital market. In a matter of a few years, China's domestic capital market has become the fourth largest globally in terms of capitalization and is an indispensable player in global equity financing. The gradual opening up of China's financial markets, coupled with Chinese companies enhanced profitability and the continued exploration of market oriented regulations and innovative products, encouraged the rise of domestic equity and fixed income markets, both in primary financing and secondary trading activities. Although it has undergone tremendous growth and change, China's capital market still has great potential in terms of both market size and product diversification. Consequently, it offers great opportunities for the financial industry as well as professionals.
