INVITATION TO RUN FOR TCFA OFFICE

Dear TCFA members:

With the 8th annual conference just two weeks away, we would like to invite you
to run for 8th TCFA office (board directors, including one president-elect).
Interested individuals should send in a brief candidate statement, which states
your motivation to run and your general mission. Please send your statement to
Xin Zhang at xzhang2@worldbank.org and zhangxin@csrc.gov.cn , before August 9th.

You are also welcome to present your candidacy at the annual meeting. But
according to TCFA by-Laws, anyone who is interested in running has to be a
member for at least a year, especially for the presidency.

Once we receive your statements, the collection of the statements will then be
sent to all TCFA members. An election session will be held during the conference
on August 12th.

TCFA's success depends on each member's active involvement. We sincerely hope
you can contribute your talent and devote your energy to make us even more
successful.

Sincerely yours,

Dr. Xin Zhang,

President-elect

The Chinese Finance Association
