Mr. Gao, Xi-qing Bio

Before joining the NCSSF, Mr. Gao serves as the Vice Chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), the CEO of Bank of China International (BOCI), an arbitrator for China International Economic & Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the International Arbitration Centre in Hong Kong, the International Commercial Arbitration Center in Los Angeles and the Arbitration Institute under the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Chinese Bar Association, the Academic Committee of China Securities Institute, and the Hong Kong Securities Institute.
