TCFA is pleased to host “Toast to Art: An Evening with Gu Wenda,”

an event to be held on Tuesday, May 25th, 2010 at the Kimmel Center at NYU.

Described by Dr. Peter Selz, a world renowned art historian at UC Berkeley, as “arguably the most original and authentic artist to emerge in China since the revolution...” in Arts Magazine (Sept 1989, New York), Mr. Gu, Wenda is one of the most recognized Chinese contemporary artists known abroad and in China today.  His works have been exhibited in various countries and regions around the world, and he has also been featured in numerous television and radio programs worldwide.
